A quick Full Body workout without the need of any weights or equipment.

– Jump Lunges
– Donkey Kicks
– Pike Push Ups
– Jack Knife Sit Ups

> Complete each exercise for 50 seconds
> Then rest for 20 seconds.
> Rest for 1 minute after the last exercise and repeat for 4 rounds.
